Two years ago he replaced a capacitor for me during a summer rain storm and recently just replaced a motor module which was damaged due to power surges caused by the recent hurricanes.
Lazaro was extremely helpful during a stressful time when our AC went out. Even though it was a Sunday, he was willing to text with us to troubleshoot our issue. Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
...a part had to be ordered which took over a week to come in. But, Lazaro kept me informed every day until the part arrived. In fact, he was so concerned about us not having A/C that week, he provided an indoor unit for us to use until ours was working.
